ABOUT ME

Hi, my name’s Clare and I’m the founder and owner of Clare Cairns Fitness. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over seven years and in that time I’ve trained a variety of people with a variety of goals. I have experience in working with clients wanting the basics of fat loss & toning through to others training for specific sporting events as well as recovering from injury.

I specialise in training pre and post natal women, whether it be keeping them fit and healthy throughout pregnancy or getting them back to their pre pregnancy shape. I am exercise referral qualified so I also specialise in working with clients suffering or recovering from a variety of medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, chronic back pain etc.

I studied Exercise and Sport Science at University and keep up to date on the most recent health and fitness research in order to offer my clients the best and most effective advice possible. I love helping people reach their goals through fun, safe and time efficient sessions and I strive on seeing clients getting their desired results. I offer Personal Training at my home in Claygate (KT10) as well as in the comfort of your own home or garden. I have a variety of portable equipment that I bring to you so there’s no need for you to provide anything.
