I had personal training sessions with Clare both during and after my third pregnancy. I was especially worried about weight gain as well as keeping my fitness levels up, and Clare was very patient with me throughout. Clare gave me multiple routines which we changed as and when required, and she knew what was safe during each trimester. We are now undergoing post natal training together and Clare made sure that my stomach muscles were back together before we started on any core work. Not only does she know about working out during pregnancy but also guides you on nutrition. I feel that she helped me maintain a good level of fitness throughout my pregnancy and the midwives believe that this contributed to my very quick delivery!
