PERSONAL TRAINING

We understand the struggles of everyday life and know that lack of time or motivation can be major barriers. We aim to fit training around your schedule; whether that means training early in the morning before work, at your office on your lunch break, or in the evening when you get home. We are available 6 days a week and offer 1-2-1 sessions as well as small group training (up to three people).

GP Referral

Do you suffer with a medical condition and think it can be helped with exercise? Clare Cairns Fitness offers safe exercise prescription for conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, arthritis/osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, chronic back pain, pre/post surgery rehabilitation, obesity, etc. With the correct programme, exercise is a great way to help, improve and live with health problems such as these.

Postural assessment

When looking at posture we aren’t just looking at the spine but also at the shoulders and lower body too. Do you suffer from muscle pain/soreness or experience regular muscle strains? This could be down to a postural abnormality. Clare Cairns Fitness offers a full postural assessment service as well as corrective exercises to get you fully functioning for your training.

Pre & Post Natal

Training throughout pregnancy is as important, if not more important, as post natal training. Clare Cairns Fitness offers safe exercising prescription whilst pregnant to help boost energy levels, reduce symptoms such as swelling, bloating and backache, maintain muscle tone, and help cope with labour. Equally, we offer post natal training for reducing weight and getting you back to your pre pregnancy shape (or even better shape!).

Nutritional Advice

Diet is a key factor to achieving your goals and is not only important for weight loss but also for enhancing your training and getting the most out of your sessions. Clare Cairns Fitness offers nutritional advice and guidance as part of your sessions.
